Travel programmes to Scotland
These travel programmes are made for travellers with imagination and who may be curious to discover Scotland and its treasures.Whether its a private group or a business conference trip, the travel programme will fit all your needs and objectives.
Since 2002 The Whisky Experience has hosted trips to Scotland for groups of 5 to 20 persons with Mark Chesterfield as tour guide.
Mark will suggest, organise, tour guide, present, troubleshoot and party with you if you wish! In Scotland there are business partners who help with each tour when necessary. Every year we advertise 2 to 5 tours to Scotland, and also take other groups who request special dates and itineraries.
Planning 2020 trips now in June and October.
Destination Scotland travel programmes include,
Northern Highlands & Orkney,West Coast Island Hop, Inner & Outer Hebrides, Speyside Discovery, Scottish City visit incl. Edinburgh Military Tatoo
These programmes would appeal to travellers who enjoy,
walking, climbing, fishing, golf, sailing, clay pigeon, scuba diving, whisky distilleries, castles, archiological sites, shopping, panorama, photography, art, museums, good food, music and many other special features.
A choice of flights to Scotland are available from Switzerland, with KLM, Helvetic Airways, British Airways, and Easyjet.
Travel programmes vary in costs from CHF1500.00 for a weekend tour and CHF2800.00 for a typical 7 day program.
This includes hotels B&B, flights, planned itinerary, transfers and tour guide.
The ideal group size is up to 8 persons but arrangements can be made for bigger parties from 10 - 20 people.
A special feature we can offer for accomodation is select properties all over Scotland for groups of 6 - 20 persons who may wish unique self catering castles and cottages. Along with this private accomodation we can organise local catering and entertainment which is tailor made to your requests. We can suggest accomodation in delightful B&Bs, 3-5 star hotels, self catering cottages or in a magnificent Scottish castle!
The duration of each trip can vary from a long weekend of 3 nights to a more comprehensive programme of say a fortnight. Most trips are organised for 7 to 10 days which has been the most popular request.
We would be delighted to guide and advice persons or groups that wish to travel without a tour guide, and put together a customised itinerary.
